Evolution of Lights is the first Faustformel Imperial Stout ever. Brewed with five different malts and italian Savoiardi biscuits and fermented with Wyeast 1084.Conditioned on bourbon soaked cacao nibs and vanilla beans, freshly handroasted hazelnuts and twice soaked Maker‘s Mark french medium toast oak spirals.Finally bottled with Lallemand‘s CBC-1 yeast and carefully wax dipped.
