NZ Pale Ale

We use 4 types of New Zealand hops and 4 types of New Zealand malt to make our version of a NZ pale ale. Like most pale ales the emphasis is on balancing the hop bitterness with the malts, and adding the majority of the hop bill at the end of the boil for aroma and taste. This is further enhanced by a hefty dry hop.
