This beer is still don't @ me. Sleeper series to go? What? This blend is almost 4 years old, one that never carbonated. Why didn't it carbonate you ask? Probably acid shock with the bottling yeast just stalled it out. We've released this for onsite every once in a while.We loved it so much we never had the heart to dump it. Now that we're mostly out of Oak Theory we felt this was the perfect time for this release. Nectarine in the nose like it was bottled yesterday, grapefruit funk from the Oak Theory base and a bold acidity round this beer out well. Drinks like a nice white wine. Enjoy!
