Introducing Endangered Species No. 53: 'Apex - Irish Coffee'We've taken our rich and velvety Oatmeal Stout, Apex, and let our brewers' creativity run wild. The result? A luscious, indulgent stout inspired by our love of Irish Coffees.Infused with coffee from our friends and local roasters @neveradaystrouble, this stout is perfectly complemented by a creamy, smooth body thanks to the addition of milk sugar and a bit of bite from the Irish Whiskey. This is more than a beer; it's a decadent treat, best savoured after a good meal in the company of family and friends.
