Originally brewed by German immigrants using native hops and grains,the style faded after Prohibition and was only revived by homebrewers decades later. We’ve brought it back with an Effingut twist.Bright gold with a lasting white head, it opens with grainy malt, a touch of corn sweetness, and a rustic, floral, citrusy hop aroma. Smooth, medium-bodied, andcreamy, it finishes with a refreshing, lingering bitterness.More than a lager — it’s a piece of beer history, poured fresh for today.
