We took inspiration for this one from German Maibocks as a celebratory spring beer, but definitely veered from tradition in this hoppy spring lager. We brewed it with fine German Pilsner malt and hopped it generously with Grungeist, Saphir, and Wolf.Notes of cutting grass, herbal lemonade, poached pears, homemade pasta, and some floral fresh cherries.
