Aged for 597 days, this unique beer has a full round character similar to wine and whiskey coming from its long aging process and the addition of various spices and herbs. Ivory-colored head, dominant caramel flavor, toffee aromas and notes of raisins, fig, plum and dark fruits. Long, warm and dry bittersweet finish.
