In 2020 we brewed a turbid mashedsaison which we co-pitched with both ofour mixed cultures and left it to primaryferment and age in Chardonnay barrelsfor a further 2 years where it evolved andmatured. Having spent a further yearconditioning in the bottle we aredelighted to finally release thiscelebration of collaboration andfriendship which involved many handsto brew and package. A light tomedium bodied sour ale with a complexaroma and balanced funkinesssupported by citrus fruit notes with oakcharacter playing a supporting role.
