Guava Saison

Brewed with a split row of 2-row and pilsner base malt, this saison is a showcase of complimentary flavors. The classic yeast produces the distinct peppery character saison is known for, which the guava brings heavy tropical fruit aroma that balances nicely with the effervescence of the beer. It's only partially filtered, leaving a hazy, medium body behind a beautiful orange tint. Saison is known for fermenting a beer totally dry (meaning there are no malt sugars left) but the addition of the guava gives it a touch of residual sweetness.
