Imperial Stout with coconut, cashew, cardamom, and vanilla beans from Uganda, Tanzania, French Polynesia, and Madagascar.While our friend Rob Slack from Pulpit Rock was in Copenhagen for MBCC, we showed him around the city and introduced him to some Danish pastries. While sleeping in the cozy neighborhood of Vesterbro, Rob dreamt about all the delicious pastries he had tried the day before, and when he woke up the following day, he had a clear vision for a stout with coconut, vanilla, and cardamom.The first thing Rob did when he got up was to write to us about his vision. Luckily, we had brewed a stout together the day before, and we decided to take a small portion of that beer to create Uncle Rob's Cardamom Buns.
