Apple mead w/ caramelized honey, lemons, maple syrup & rosemary.Curio is here! Earlier this summer, Chris and I tasted a ridiculous amount of different bench trial experiments he had put together to find some unique flavor combinations for future meads. The combination of maple syrup, rosemary and lemon, when paired with our caramelized honey cyser, was my favorite of the entire batch.We knew we had something special on our hands. Equal parts sweet, savory and bright, with nice complexity yet a clean and balanced finish, it just screamed fall food pairing. So we've been holding on to it since then, waiting to release it right before Thanksgiving.This is a wonderful sipper in its own right, but I hope you'll also bring some to the Thanksgiving meal table for some food pairings. It could be amazing.Profile: Notes of maple scone, fresh rosemary, apple pie, lemon zest, sage and brown sugar.
