The first beer in our IPA trilogy is a black IPA, a strong bitter boy of 100 IBU, dry-hopped with Citra, Azacca, Cryo Cascade and Cryo Centennial. These hops are reflected in the 2 other IPAs and the pale brother of this Sabinus has the same bitterness.The roasted malt in combination with the fruity hops and the high bitterness ensure that this is a smooth drinkable beer with a deeply balanced flavor profile.Brewed on the installation off BRAUW on 13/03/2021Sabinus of Hermopolis (or of Egypt), c. 287. Was governor of the Egyptian city of Hermopolis. Under the persecution of Emperor Diocletian, he hid in a hut in the mountains, but was drowned in the Nile after being betrayed for two gold pieces by a beggar to whom he gave some bread every day.
