Truly Madly Deeply is a brand new West Coast style DIPA. We've gone hard on the resiny hop oil with this one, with a big Cascade Cryo addition in the dry hop, alongside Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra. On the nose of this beast we get surprisingly sweet citrus and fresh pine engulfing our nostrils. The palate brings with it a big resinous hop oil hit upfront, which quickly brings with it a rolling bitterness that creeps up brilliantly. The finish brings about zesty citrus, some dank mango and a refined bitterness. Big time beer with a big time name ;)
