Agave Triple IPA Aged in Tequila Barrels with Motueka, Lime Zest and SaltBottle Release 4/27/24 - $14/500mL BottleOur first barrel-aged TIPA! Four months of aging in Cincoro Añejo Tequila barrels provided pleasant citrus and vanilla notes to the already agave nectar-infused base beer. After emerging, we dry hopped with limey New Zealand Motueka hops along with fresh lime zest and just a hint of salt. That late addition of hops will make this drink (and age) like a traditional IPA, so store it cold and drink it fresh!
