Named after the longtime cooper (barrel maker) at New England Vinegar Works. This pale, unfiltered dry cider was gently aged in bourbon, mead, and whiskey barrels. The aroma reflects this with warm vanilla and toasty oak notes. A full, complex cider with a long finish. Our driest cider yet, perfect for a cold winter day.
