Our sour blonde base brewed with a variety of grains and fermented with wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria resident to the wilds of southeast minnesota. Aged for just under a year to develop complexity and conditioned on apricots. A delightful thirst quenching sour ale finished dry yet full bodied. Taste the terrior of southeast minnesota.
