Barrel Aged Side Streets (Batch 2)

Batch 2 of Barrel Aged Side Streets starts with Northern Spy apples and Orange Blossom Honey, our base Cyser was aged in an Indiana sourced bourbon barrel for 14 months. For Batch 2 we used a blend of Ugandanan, Madagascar and Brazilian Vanilla along with a dose of our favorite cinnamon sticks. The result is one of our favorite meads we've produced to date.
