Hand-crafted using Australian apple varieties from our Yarra Valley orchards to enhance complexity, creating a cider that is uniquely Napoleone.The varieties include – Granny Smith, Pink Lady, Fuji and Sundowner apples. Fermented using a white wine yeast (VL1), this cider undergoes malo-lactic fermentation, and is subtly influenced by American oak.This cloudy cider displays aromas of poached apple and almond flakes with a finely rounded, textural finish.
