Inspired by the traditional West Coast Double IPA style, Pacific Joyride is our take on a Westie in New England. Brewed in collaboration with our good friend Mike from Golden Domer's Brewing! This beer was designed with an elevated, yet soft and smooth bitterness, 100% malted barley grain bill, a super clean yeast strain, no bio or whirlpool hop additions, and a softer than typical water profile. Crisp with a slight, soft dryness and extremely drinkable, it was Dry Hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado, this 8.7% ABV, 85 IBU beauty does have a some haze, but don't let that fool you. Drink it to see!! Throwing tradition out the window as we cruise the PCH!!!
