-Brewmaster's Collective Exclusive- Aged in 11-year Old Fitzgerald Wheated Bourbon barrels, we doubled down transferring into a fresh set of 29-year Evan Williams Blue Label barrels for a second round of maturation. The result is a beer of balanced complexity, depth, and sophistication, bursting with intense, rich notes of bourbon, chocolate-covered cherries, tobacco, leather, and a hint of rich mahogany. As Ron Burgundy famously said, “Don’t act like you’re not impressed.”
