Ya get this flavour bomb, that’s what!Brewed with an array of pale and specialty malts, our Belgian Black IPA has a hoppy kick thanks to US varieties Mosaic, Simcoe, Strata and Amarillo. Belgian yeast supplies inviting esters, while Dark Candi (caramelised sugar) lends complexity and depth.It pours liquorice black with a tan head of foam. Expect aromas of roasted malt, pear drop and pine. A full-bodied mouthfeel complements notes of dried fruit and cacao; they linger long, as does a fine hop bitterness.Ideal for fans of Black IPAs, Belgian Ales, and tasteful cross-genre mashups.
