Layover In Seattle is the second beer in the 'Boarding Pass Series'. The beer is a bright and clear well balanced DDH west coast IPA with a medium body and a dry and bitter finish. Hopped with Columbus, Mosaic & Eclipse hops. To support the overall flavour profile we have added a little grapefruit purée.
