Pistachio Delight

Inspired by the dessert salad of the same name, this sweet mead is composed of pineapples, white grapes, orange blossom honey, pistachios and marshmallows. Smells like its namesake; pineapple and subtle marshmallow greet palate and pistachio slowly builds to a nutty finish.
