Raspberry Triplebock

This is our massive lagered/wheated bock, aged in a PX Sherry cask we got second hand after Sagamore Spirits used it for a rye whiskey. After aging, we infused it with frozen and concentrated raspberries for a jammy flavor and a measure of sweetness.
