The final installment of our 2019 collaboration with Petition Beer Corner, Saison Sans Peche. Aged in Chardonnay barrels for 26 months, with 34kg of organic local peaches & Brettanomyces added in the last 10 months. Pouring orange-gold, with a sparkling clarity. One big wallop of peaches & barnyard funk you can smell across the room. Spicy, funky, and a boozy, balanced finish that doesn't seem to end. Tente-moi, pêche séduisante!!
