Een droge saison, speciaal gebrouwen voor de opening van het Stadsbrouwhuis.We hebben alleen Nieuw-Zeelandse hoppen in de ketel gegooid, welke super fruitig zijn.Voor de dry-hop is Nelson Sauvin (ook NZ) gebruikt, wiens smaak en geur erg lijkt op de Sauvignon Blanc druif. Je zou dus bijna kunnen denken dat het een droge witte wijn is!A dry Saison, brewed for the opening of Leiden's first brewpub: Stadsbrouwhuis.For this beer we used only New Zealand hops, and lots of them, which are super fruity.We dry-hopped the saison with Nelson Sauvin, which gives aroma's in line with the Sauvignon Blanc grape. You could almost think this beer is a dry white wine!
