Rye of the Tiger Rye Pale Ale (RPA) – 5.5% : Crisp and dry. Earthy tones meld well with the citrusy hop flavours. A slick sensation on the back palate, characteristic of both rye and the generous use of hop oils later in the fermentation. An interesting beer, nonetheless. Quite polarising as most rye beers tend to be.
