In life there are undeniable classics that will just never go out of style; whether it be Michael McDonald's sultry yet gritty voice, pungent and dank Westcoast Double IPAs, or the 1987 motion picture Over The Top. Lucky for us we will be consuming all three this week, and in the case of the pungent and dank Westcoasty, it will certainly be The Doobie Bounce. A Westcoast Double IPA brewed with just enough malt character to remind you that you are drinking beer and not juice, but not so much that it comes off like an old-school shelf turd. Then we packed this little monster with so much of our favorite stanky and dank hops that scents of freshly harvest high-grade weed, pine resin, lemon zest, grapefruit, and black currants jump from the glass reminding you of what Double IPAs once were and could be again.
