This Italian Grape Ale is made with the special 30% adding of Sangiovese must from the famous wine "Il Guercio" kindly given by our neighbours of Tenuta di Carleone in Radda in Chianti (many thanks to Sean O'Callaghan!).After the first alcoholic fermentation and six months in steel tank, we moved the beer into ex-Sangiovese wine barriques and waited for other six months. Then the (unfiltered) beer was bottle conditioned and aged for one year in the cellar before selling it.First vintage: 2018. Enjoy!
