Ghost Note - Black Amber Plum - (10/12/23)

In this version of Ghost Note we have added fruit to our Farmhouse style ale brewed with a hint of spelt. The spelt not only adds more to the body of the beer but the yeast reacts differently to the grain as opposed to barley. We then add about two pounds of fresh, whole fruit per gallon to create a unique balance of fruit and our base beer Ghost Note.
