An Imperial Stout brewed with culinary accoutrement including herbs, pepper and fungi.Craft breweries from around New Zealand were invited to come up with their version of a rare beer using rare ingredients and unusual brewing techniques in an effort to win the esteemed title of Rare Beer Champion.The cause?
