The c”eye”ser series is an ongoing collaboration with our graphic designer, Brandon Pope. Batch 3 starts with fresh pressed Indiana apple cider and orange blossom honey. This mead was then aged on black currants and chai tea spices. Sweet apple is balanced with the tartness and acidity of the black currants, with the subtle chai tea nuance rounding out the profile and adding a lovely complexity that is perfect for the holidays.
