Spontaneously fermented fruit Pét-Nat with Sunrise apples and "retired" Fanal cherries from our mead production.Contains natural sediments due to being bottled before fermentation has finished.PS: Fermented to dryness - zero dosage----------------------------------------------------------------------------------Apples: SunriseCherries: Fanal (from making Fanal Select)Honey: Wildflower----------------------------------------------------------------------------------Circularity is our series of products utilizing fruit that normally would have been just thrown away / treated as food waste by following a linear economic model(take, make and dispose).We use so much fruit in our meads, and to obtain a product of the highest quality we don`t press our fruit dry of liquid. This wet fruit, still containing tons of flavor from both fruit and honey is used another time to create the products in this series.
