We have been quietly working on our dark beers over the last few months and we think we're onto something.Recruiting the expertise of James at Seventhwave Coffee in Redfern, we trialled a number of single origin coffees and settled on this amazing Grade 1 Ethiopean Arabica from the Guji Region.In addition to the coffee we used cherrywood smoked malts so expect a subtle smokiness mingled with the robust coffee flavours.
