Hops: Citra and Cryo Citra- Dry Hopped with Cryo CitraFruit- 9kg of Strawberry Puree for this kegThis was added during fermentSoured for 3 daysTasting Notes:The Beer was designed to match perfectly with the strawberry creation from the legends at Donut Kitchen. It is slightly tart from the fruit additions but adds the bright fruit characteristics and low bitterness from the cryo hops. It smells bright in the glass and is tasting a treat.
