This single varietal cider is made from tasty Chisel Jersey apples grown and pressed at our orchard and cidery. After pressing the juice has been wild fermented and barrel-aged for extra complexity and depth of flavour. The result is an off dry cider with a beautiful deep colour and rich flavour of orange, caramel, savoury and earthy notes.
