A unique seasonal micro-batch for Manila's unique weather season transition; hot dry with a change of typhoon. Another playful and risky combination of Dry English ale yeast and Talus hops as the front man. The initial sip shows up of fruity spice and esters, while the maltiness stays light with notes of caramel. A brew that runs smooth with qualities of tropical, citrus and stone fruit.
