Inspired by one of my favorite Thai drinks, Thai tea not only tastes awesome, but also adds a beautiful color to the beer. Brewed with Thai tea, fermented with Philly sour yeast, and then conditioned on more Thai tea, this brings a refreshing spin on crushable sour!
