A blend of malted barley, wheat and oats gives it a caramel hue and rich biscuity notes. They help to offset the Mosaic hops, which are added to the mash, whirlpool, and fermentation vessel.As for the vanilla, whole pods are blitzed (and combined with food grade ethanol) before being introduced to the fully fermented beer. Two kilos for a twelve hundred litre batch does the trick.It pours smooth with quilt of nitro foam. Expect aromas of vanilla, pineapple, and baked biccies. On the palate, find a luxurious mouthfeel, hints of tropical fruit, and a sweet, malty finish.
