Considered a one-year blend because it is comprised of some of our favorite components past their first year in oak, this special blend of One is pulled from a single foudre filled in the Fall 2019 spontaneous brewing season, bottled at 16 months. The first blend of One pours golden with burnt orange hues, bright aromatics of lemon, grapefruit, old leather and hay with a full juicy peach flavor and a soft mouthfeel supported by a deep minerality.
