Winter Starry Noche celebrates the shortest days of the year, when the moonlight bounces off snow-covered landscapes on a chilly winter's eve and reminds us how lucky we are to be nestled near a fireplace, sipping on something that warms the soul. This barrel-aged delight began as a hand-picked blend of Medianoche aged for 23-34 months in a variety of freshly-emptied bourbon barrels, including six-year Old Fitzgerald Bourbon, 10-year Eagle Rare Bourbon, and 12-year Weller Bourbon. This special blend was conditioned with more than three pounds per gallon of toasted coconut flakes & raw coconut chips, and finished with toasted pistachios.
