Higher carbonation emphasizes spicy floral notes, in the sacred Old World, Noble hop kinda way. A triple step mash process and a 90 minute boil brings a pleasant pale orange color to the malt profile without overwhelming the delicate aroma, sorta like an ever so slightly toasted water cracker. Starts dry, finishes dry, like the old Gods prefer, it’ll leave you thirsty for more.”
