Quantum Finish

Описание

Fermented with Brettanomyces aged in neutral red and white wine barrels. The barrels were blended then lightly dry hopped with Cascade, Columbus, and Calypso. The aromatics have a bright juicy fruit and guava character from the yeast with layers of floraland citrus from the dry hopping. This was a project partnered with The Englert Theatre to showcase the future of their venue and art with a dynamic process in beer.
