Collaboration with Blasta Brewing. Using the 'Duvel' yeast strain, that originated in steve's home of Scotland, to showcase complex fruity & spicy phenolics. refined, yet hazy. The nose deceives you into thinking it will be sweet, yet it is bone-dry & highly effervescent. Booze hides very well.
