Tiny Bubbly

This Champagne-style IPA is bone dry with an effervescent and ethereal-like body. The addition of Pinot Gris grape lends delicate notes of white peppercorns. Hopped with massive quantities of Hallertau Blanc and Michigan Chinook hops give a blast of aromatics reminiscent of crisp, white wine with overtures of pineapple and cantaloupe.  Brewed in collaboration with Jungle Jim’s in Cincinnati.
