Salt Water Stout Porter #2 - Bourbon Barrel Blend

The reason why the first batch of SWSP was super limited was because we decided to fill a couple of Tennessee bourbon barrels. After resting over Autumn we blended them with some of the second batch of SWSP to create this decadent second release in the series. Bourbon, vanilla & oak compliment perfectly the sea-salted caramel & dark chocolate tones. We’ve set aside even more of the second batch in barrel with the aim to grow the solera so we can soon release a 100% barrel aged version. Release date - late June 2020
