ニュージーランドの旅で勉強してきたことを活かして初めて醸造したHazy。海外のいろんな Brewerたちからすごく刺激を受け、勉強させてもらいました。これから少しずつ新しいホップのやり方やちょっとしたポイントをたくさんやってみたい！やっぱりビールは深い、面白い!ワクワクして醸造した 1回目のバッチ、ぜひ皆さん飲んでみて、楽しんでください。大好きなアメリカとニュージーランドホップを使って、マンゴーや、パイナップル、グレープフルーツ、パッションフルーツなどJuicyさが爆発したHazyIPAです。After travelling to New Zealand and learning a lot more about hops, hop character, talking with other brewers, this is our first attempt at moving in a new direction with how we use hops. So much interesting information and things to try, I hope everyone likes our first attempt! Tropical notes lead the way from our favorite American and New Zealand Hops!
