Fade to Black is a collaboration between Riverside Brewing, champions of unapologetically bold, hop-forward beers, and Merino Brewery, known for their precise, finely tuned malt profiles.Together, we’ve brewed a Black IPA that’s layered and expressive — pine, citrus, and grapefruit on the nose, riding over a full, toasty malt body. Sweet roasted notes lead into a dry, roasty finish with a firm, lingering bitterness.
