We’ve been tinkering and testing, and now we’re back with a new batch of Experimental-Fu! This time our DDH West Coast IPA uses Amarillo, Chinook, Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and new-to-us Abstrax Quantam Series Aromatic Hop Extracts! Aromas. Take a few sips and let fresh white peach, pink grapefruit, and bright citrus wash over your palate while dank, pine resin-y aromas greet your nose. This one passes the test with flying colors!
