Smooth sweet and creamy. A dessert porter in many ways. Notes of Chocolate Coffee and Caramel blend with a hint of coconut from fresh coconut additions post fermentation creating flavors reminiscent of a freshly baked coconut macaroon dipped in chocolate. Starting off subtle the coconut character becomes more prominent as the glass warms. A dark beer for the coming seasons, with coconut holding on to the warmer weather passing us by.
